DCTS Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) officers participated in Dame Leadership’s Evolution ’26 conference on September 29 at the Penn Harris Hotel and Conference Center in Camp Hill. The event brought together business professionals to explore purposeful leadership and navigating the challenges of an increasingly complex, AI-driven world.
Officers assisted with registration, welcoming attendees and gaining experience supporting a professional event. Throughout the day, they also had opportunities to network with business professionals and build connections beyond the classroom.
This year, DCTS also hosted an exhibitor table, giving conference attendees an opportunity to learn more about the school, its Work-Based Learning (WBL) program, and FBLA. The table provided a platform to highlight opportunities that connect students with the business community.
Participation in Evolution ’26 offered officers valuable exposure to professional networking, event operations, and leadership while increasing awareness of DCTS and its programs among members of the business community.
