Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the list of gift cards?
This is found once you select either the “e gift card” or “physical gift card” within that form. The available gift cards vary depending on the type of gift card that is selected.
Do the eGift cards get sent to the buyer?
The e gift cards are sent direct to the buyer or to the person who the buyer would like the gift cards sent to depending on what is selected in the order form.
If I want 20 – $20.00 Amazon gift cards, will I have to submit the order 20 times or can I just keep adding to the original submission?
There is a quantity amount in the order form for physical gift cards. For e gift cards there is no option for quantity as they can only be processed one at a time.
How do I pay for the gift card(s)?
Payment is due PRIOR to the gift card being ordered. Gift cards may be paid for with either cash or personal check made payable to “DCTS FBLA”. If a personal check is returned, there will be $25.00 returned check fee.
